7. Bookings

Bookings made through the website must comply with the following rules:

A. The minimum age for check-in is 18 years old

B. No children under 8 years old are allowed in the room

C. There are no capacity for extra beds in the room

D. No Pets Allowed

E. No Parties allowed on the property

F. Municipal Tourist Tax (TMT)

a. Starting on March 1^st 2018, all guests aged 13 and up must pay a tourist tax of 2€ per night per person, until a maximum of 14€ per person.

G. DEPOSIT

a. A deposit of EUR 200 is requires upon check-in. The deposit is reimbursed in full at the time of check-out, seeing there is no damage to the property.

8. Cancellation Policy

In case of booking cancellation, the following rules apply:

A. For cancellations done in the first 24h of the reservation, if the check-in is at least 20 days from the date of cancellation, the reservation is fully reimbursed.

B. For cancellations done up to 19 days before the date of check-in, there is no reimbursement.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ruby Charm Houses, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
