Look for this door

The ilha has no shopfront — from the street it is a plain door at number 115. Ring the bell and walk down the corridor.

From the airport

Metro line E to Trindade, change to line D, get off at Faria Guimarães. Five minutes on foot from there. About 35 minutes in total.

From Campanha or Sao Bento

From São Bento, take metro line D northbound towards Hospital de São João and get off at Faria Guimarães — three stops. From Campanhã, take any line to Trindade and change to line D.

Arriving late

Check-in runs until midnight, but reception closes earlier. As long as you let us know your arrival time in advance, someone will be here to meet you and hand over the keys, whatever the hour. Please do tell us — without notice we cannot guarantee anyone will be waiting.
