Ruby Charm Houses

We had a wonderful time at Ruby Charm Houses. Our host Miguel went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect. From his communication after we booked to greeting us out the front of the accommodation and his very helpful information when we checked in, Miguel was great. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. An added bonus was the breakfast items which was very generous and unexpected. The accommodation has free parking and was a easy walk to the Porto centre. Would definitely stay again

I absolutely loved my stay at Ruby Charm Houses—I’d give it a 25 out of 10 if I could! The property was quiet, clean, and safe, with a charming little fish pond whose gentle trickling water was so soothing at night. Miguel and his wife were incredibly kind, accommodating, and full of humor, which made me feel right at home. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like food items in the fridge and their help securing a parking spot for my car. Miguel shared wonderful local recommendations, and I truly enjoyed everything about my stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend Ruby Charm Houses!

Aguardaram-nos á entrada e guardaram um lugar reservado para estacionar na rua (mesmo em frente ao alojamento). Deu informação do funcionamento do alojamento de forma detalhada bem como dos principais pontos turísticos (atuais) e atividades culturais (nesse fim de semana) e melhores restaurantes. Informação toda disponível por krcode sem recurso a papel e fatura enviada por email. A recepção ao alojamento foi personalizada com oferta de uma fita com os nossos nomes, cálice de vinho porto e bolacha de chocolate. Apesar de não ter pequeno almoço incluído ofereceram pão, leite, sumo de fruta, compotas, café e chá. Ofereceram ainda um Kit desmaquilhante. Tem disponível no alongamento um Kit primeiros socorros e um kit de costura além de jogos de tabuleiro. Além de tudo o que está descrito no site. Foi sem dúvida das melhores experiências que tivemos ao nível de alojamento, igualando locais com 5 estrelas.
